Refund policy

This Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased directly from this website.

UK & EU Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it.

To start a return, email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk.

We will provide you with the returns address and return instructions. Please do not send any products back before contacting us.

Once you have told us that you wish to return your order, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Condition of Returns

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop.

Products should be returned with all accessories and components supplied with them and, where possible, in their original packaging.

If a product has been handled or used more than necessary and this has reduced its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be made to your original payment method.

For UK and EU customers who cancel and return their entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable law.

USA Returns

Returns and refunds for customers in the USA are available in accordance with any consumer rights that apply under relevant federal or state law.

If you believe you are entitled to return a product, please email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk before sending anything back.

We will provide the appropriate returns address and instructions.

Rest of World Returns

For customers outside the UK, EU and USA, returns and refunds are available where required by the consumer laws applicable in your country.

Any applicable cancellation or return period will be the minimum period required by local law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please email:
